Sub.: Update on submission of Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017<BR> <BR> Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> This is with reference to the submission of the financial results by the Company for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017. <BR> <BR> In this regard, we would like to inform you that in terms of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the new Indian Accounting Standard ('IND-AS'), as applicable on the Company w.e.f. from 1st April, 2017, the Company has opted to avail the relaxation provided by SEBI vide its circular no. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016. Hence, the Company would submit the financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 to the Stock Exchanges within the extended time i.e. on or before 14th December, 2017.<BR> <BR> You are requested to take note of the above.<BR>
