Omax Autos Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 06, 2016, commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 7:30 p.m, has considered and approved inter-alia the following matters:<BR><BR>1. Appointment of Mr. Jatender Kumar Mehta as the Chairman cum Managing Director (CMD) of the Company.<BR><BR>2. Recommended a Final Dividend of Re. 1/- (10%) per equity shares of Rs. 10 each for the financial year 2015-16, to the members, for their approval in ensuing Annual general meeting.
