Sub.: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 <BR> <BR> In terms of the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that, as per the provisions of Section 124 (6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rules made thereunder, the Company has sent reminder letter to those shareholders of the Company whose shares are liable to be transferred to the Investors Education and Protection Fund.<BR> <BR> In this regard the Company has also made a newspaper publication, published today i.e. on 18th November, 2017, in Business Standard Daily, for such shareholders requesting them to claim their dividend amounts as directed in such letter. A copy of such publication is attached herewith. <BR> <BR> This is for your information and record please. <BR>
