Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is conducting a postal ballot for obtaining the approval of shareholders for limits of Borrowings U/S 180(1)(c) of Companies Act, 2013, creation of charge on the Assets/ Properties of the Company U/S 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013 in connection with the borrowings of the Company, Approval of Royalty Agreement with Mr. Rohtas Goel, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, Further Issue of Security(s) and Acceptance of Deposits from Members and/or Public under Section 73 and 76 of Companies Act, 2013.<br/><br/>M/s. Sanjay Grover and Associates, Company Secretaries has been appointed as the scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot process.
