| Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2014 to September 26, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend and 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 26, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, pursuant to the provision of clause 35B of the Listing Agreement, the Company has extended the e-voting facility organized by CDSL. The electronic voting will start on September 19, 2014 at 10.00 hrs and ends on September 21, 2014 at 18.00 hrs. | |
