Omaxe Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the provision of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 16 of the Listing Agreement, the "Cut off date" shall be October 26, 2014 to record the entitlement of the Shareholders for issuance of Postal Ballot Notice and to cast their vote electronically by electronic means provided by CDSL and to cast their vote physically through Postal Ballot.
