Omkar Speciality Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matter:<BR><BR>- To consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 and to take note of the Limited Review Report thereon.<BR><BR>Further, the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company from February 07, 2017 to February 16, 2017 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open on February 17, 2017.<BR><BR>The Communication has been sent to the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees of the Company.
