Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the 10 winding up petitions have been filed against the Company by various Creditors. The Company is trying to sort out and settle the matters. The Company shall inform further developments in the matters at the appropriate time.<BR><BR>Further, the Company has informed that an arbitration award has been passed against the Company. The financial implication of the same is around Rs.30 Crs. The Company has filed application u/s 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, challenging that award and the said application is pending before the Delhi High Court.
