Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd has informed BSE that the Company's appeals against the winding up matter was listed for hearing on July 17, 2015 before Division Bench. However, due to some long hearings, the court discharged the board and hence, the Company's matter did not come up for hearing. In view of this, interim stay on winding up shall be continued as matter did not come up for hearing.
