Sir,<BR> <BR> <BR> With reference to SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 05th July, 2016, this being the first year of applicability of Ind AS we have been granted additional time of one month for submission of Unaudited Financial Result. Accordingly we will consider results for the quarter ended 30th September 2017 in the month of December instead of November. The necessary letter in this regard is attached herewith.
