Omnitex Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on<BR>August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve unaudited Financial Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q1).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to code of conduct for prevention of insider trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the code from the closure of business hours of August 07, 2015 to closure of business hours of August 17, 2015.
