Onward Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on January 27, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, in this connection, as per the Code of Internal Procedures and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees. Directors and Promoters shall be closed from January 19, 2015 up to January 29, 2015 (both days inclusive).
