Opto Circuits (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from May 22, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive) inter alia to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015. The trading window shall open from June 01, 2015.
