With reference to the news item appearing in the news channel dated May 21, 2014 titled "Buzz of an MNC buying out Company", Opto Circuits (India) Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"1. As of now the Company has no information to disclose about the negotiations.<br/><br/>2. The Company has no information that is required to be disclosed under clause 36 of the listing agreement. In any case once we have such information it will be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges at the earliest."
