With reference to the news item appearing in the media titled "Goldman Sachs may acquire 26% stake in Opto Circuits", Opto Circuits (India) Ltd has clarified to BSE as under:<br/><br/>"1. As of now, the Company is not having any information to disclose about the negotiations.<br/><br/>2. The Company is not having any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges which is required to be announced under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement. In any case, If we come to know of any such Information, we shall have the same disclosed to the stock exchanges at the earliest possible time."
