| Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the ESOP Allotment Committee at its meeting held on September 23, 2014 allotted 192,316 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible Employees and Director of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2002, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, 4,000 shares are allotted to Mr. S. Venkatachalam, Director of the Company.<br/><br/>With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 422,841,560/- divided into 84,568,312 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each. | |
