| Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 100/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 5/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The meeting started at 7:30 P.M.
