Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on September 15, 2015 have approved to change the name of the Company to "Orchid Pharma Limited" and the special resolution was passed with requisite majority.<BR><BR>Based on this, the Company had made an application to the Registrar of Companies, Tamilnadu, for change of name and the Registrar of Companies have approved the change in the name of the Company to "Orchid Pharma Limited".
