| Orchid Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that the Company current financial year 2013-2014 is from October 01, 2013 to September 30, 2014. In order to comply with Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has extended its financial year 2013-2014 by 6 (Six) months i.e. upto March 31, 2015 and the same was approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai through Order dated September 25, 2014.<br/><br/>Accordingly, the Accounts of the Company for the Accounting year ending on March 31, 2015 shall be prepared for a period of 18 (eighteen) months from October 01, 2013 to March 31, 2015. | |
