Orient Bell Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2015, <BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations,2015 and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by insiders (as defined in the said Regulations and Code) shall remain closed from May 22, 2015 till 48 hrs after the announcement of the aforesaid financial results to the public.
