Orient Bell Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2016 inter alia, has Recommended a dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (face value Rs. 10/- per share) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016, subject to the approval of shareholders at forthcoming Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further the above said Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 P.M. and concluded at 9:20 P.M.
