Orient Beverages Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has recommended Dividend @ 8% i.e. Re. 0.80 per Equity Share on total Paid up Capital of Rs. 2,16,15,000 divided into 21,61,500 No. of Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend will be paid/ dispatched after Shareholders' approval at the 55th Annual General Meeting, date of which is yet to be decided by Board.
