Orient Paper & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider:<BR><BR>1. Draft Annual Report and Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and declaration of Dividend if any.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of Company's Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window will be closed from April 27, 2015 to May 12, 2015.
