Orient Paper & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of the requirements of the Regulation 8 and 9 of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 11, 2015 formulated and adopted a revised Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and also a Code of Practices & Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information which was also posted on the Companys official website www.orientpaperindia.com.
