This is to inform you that in respect of the petition filed by the Company for sanction of the Scheme of Arrangement between Orient Paper & Industries Limited ('Demerged Company') and Orient Electric Limited ('Resulting Company'), the National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata bench by its Order dated 18th August 2017 has fixed the date of hearing of the petition for the approval of the scheme on 11.10.2017. In terms of the said Order, notice of hearing before the Kolkata bench of the National Company Law Tribunal on 11th October 2017 has been advertised in the 'Business Standard' in English and in the 'Orissa Bhaskar' in Oriya on Wednesday, the 30th day of August 2017.
