Orient Press Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, has has recommended payment of dividend of Rs. 1.25 (12.50%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual General meeting.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting commenced at 3.00p.m. and concluded at 6.30 p.m.
