| With reference to the earlier announcement dated April 27, 2015 regarding FY15 results on May 05, 2015, Oriental Bank of Commerce has now informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank scheduled to be held on May 05, 2015 to inter alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter / Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 has been rescheduled.<BR><BR>The Board Meeting will now be held on May 14, 2015 to inter alia consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter / financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the trading window shall remain closed till May 16, 2015 in view of the aforesaid Board Meeting for the Directors, Central Statutory Auditors and Designated Employees of the Bank. | |
