| Oriental Carbon & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 31, 2015 has considered that The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd., one of the stock exchanges where the Equity Shares of the Company are listed, is not operational and there has been no trading of Equity Shares of the Company on the said stock exchange. However, the Companys shares are regularly being traded at BSE Limited.<BR><BR>After due consideration of all the aspects, it was decided by the Board that in terms of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, announced by the SEBI the Company's Equity Shares be delisted from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited and the above said share continued be listed with the BSE Limited, stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals and the investors have access to trade and deal in Company's equity shares across the country. | |
