| Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, inter alia, has declared payment of Interim Dividend @ Rs.3/- per share (30%) to the shareholders of the Company. The payment date of the said dividend shall be on and from November 24, 2014. | |
