Oriental Carbon and Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on July 30, 2014, inter alia, will consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window of the Company is closed with immediate effect on July 16, 2014 and will reopened on July 31, 2014, i.e. after expiry of 24 hours of submitting the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on July 30, 2014.
