With reference to the earlier letter dated May 18, 2015, Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that Board Meeting of the Company has been re-scheduled on May 29, 2015 instead of May 28, 2015 inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended 2014-2015 pursuant to compliance of clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
