Telelinnks Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider and adopt the Audited Financial Results of the company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016 amongst other matters.<BR><BR>This closure of the Trading Window occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2016 to consider approve and take on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>All the insiders and their immediate relatives are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above regulations, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive).<BR><BR>Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees) and their immediate relatives and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information as to agenda of the Meeting either accidentally or otherwise) are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above. | |
