With reference to the earlier letter dated January 15, 2015, PAL Credit & Capital Ltd has now informed BSE that as some of the directors are not available on January 17, 2015 for the Meeting, the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company proposed to be held on January 17, 2015 to consider and approve the Draft Letter of Offer for Rights issue of Rs. 432.01 Lakhs is cancelled.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2015 to consider and approve the Final Draft Letter of Offer for Rights Issue of Rs. 432.01 Lakhs.
