With reference to the earlier letter dated December 17, 2013 wherein the Company had informed that at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on December 16, 2013, Members of the Company approved the Right Issue of shares by passing the Special Resolution, PAL Credit and Capital Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company during their<br/>Meeting held on May 09, 2014 appointed Chartered Finance Management Ltd having their office at 2nd Floor, Wakefield House, Sprott Road, Ballard Estate, Mumbai - 400 038 as Merchant Banker for the Rights Issue of the Company.
