1. The Board has accepted the resignation of Ms. Poonam Jangid, from the office of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and relieves her w.e.f closing hours of Monday, October 23, 2017.<BR> <BR> 2. Pursuant to Regulation 30 (5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the board of directors of the Company has authorized Shri Prahlad Rai Sarda, Chief Financial Officer for determining materiality of an event or information and for making disclosures to stock exchanges.<BR> <BR> He is in addition to Smt. Anubha Gupta, Whole Time Director, and Shri Amit Mahipal Gupta, Director who are already authorized Key Managerial Personnel to determine the materiality of an event/information.<BR> <BR>
