Palsoft Infosystems Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of board of directors shall be held on May 30, 2014, to consider and take on record the Audited results for the year ended on March 31, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from May 22, 2014 to June 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on June 03, 2014 on account of the above mentioned scheduled board meeting. Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees have been advised to not to deal in the securities of the Company during the mentioned period.
