Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 & 51 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from 16th May, 2017 and will reopen 48 hours after the results for the Quarter / Financial Year ended 31st March, 2017 are made public in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
