Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that the Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group (CDR EG) had in its meeting held on September 09, 2014, approved the Company's Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) proposal which was referred to CDR Cell on December 21, 2013 and admitted by CDR EG on January 24, 2014 and the LOA dated September 24, 2014 had been issued by CDR EG in this regard.<br/><br/>The necessary steps for implementation of the proposal shall be taken in due course of time in coordination with the Lenders.
