Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 13, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from July 31, 2015 to August 15, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
