Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, had approved the appointment of Mr. Devender Gupta, who is currently working as G.M. Finance & Strategic Management, as "Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from May 29, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, Mr. Vinod Goel currently working as Sr. V.P. Legal & Company Secretary has been designated as Group CFO & Company Secretary w.e.f. May 29, 2015.<BR><BR>The said appointments were made on the recommendation and approval of Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
