Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013.<br/><br/>Further, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for the promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 25, 2014 to February 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
