Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 01, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and raising of funds by way of issue of securities aggregating upto Rs. 250 Crore or equivalent thereof in any currency.<br/><br/>The trading window of the Company shall remain closed for the promoters, directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from July 23, 2014 to August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
