Panacea Biotec Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company will be held on November 22, 2013 at 11:30 A.M. at the registered office of the Company for the consideration and approval of the Report of the Board of Directors to the Shareholders of the Company u/s 23 of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 on account of erosion of more than 50 per cent of its peak net worth during the immediately preceding four financial years, calculated as per SICA.
