Panafic Industrials Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, inter alia, has:<BR><BR>1. Recommendation of Dividend @ 2% for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>2. The Board decided to re-appoint Sarita Gupta as an Additional Director in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>3. The Board decided to re-appoint M/s. Rohit Suri & Associates as the Statutory Auditors of the Company and fix their remuneration thereof in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
