| Parabolic Drugs Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 27, 2014 to September 30, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the voting rights of shareholders in respect of the items set out in the Notice of 18th Annual General Meeting shall be in proportion to their shareholding in the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date ( record date) which has been fixed as August 29, 2014. | |
