| Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that M/s. Punjab Formulations Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary Company has merged with Goa Formulations Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary Company, pursuant to the order issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay and Scheme of Amalgamation sanctioned thereon by the Hon'ble High Court dated September 12, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, name of Goa Formulations Limited has been changed from "Goa Formulations Limited" to "Infutec Healthcare Limited" w.e.f. October 31, 2014. | |
