Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of regulation 9 and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in respect of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares and for the aforesaid purpose the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from the date of intimation i.e. February 04, 2016 to February 15, 2016 and will open on February 16, 2016 for insiders accordingly.
