Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the last quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the provisions of regulation 9 and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in respect of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, and for this purpose the Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from May 29, 2015 to June 01, 2015 and will open on June 02, 2015 for insiders accordingly.
