Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Statement of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>As per the provisions of regulation 9 and Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, in respect of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Equity shares and for the aforesaid purpose the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from the date of intimation i.e. May 21, 2016 to June 01, 2016 and will open on June 02, 2016 for insiders accordingly.
