Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to :<BR><BR>1. Consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015, and<BR><BR>2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2014-15.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (the concerned persons), for the aforesaid purposes. The concerned persons are being intimated about the same.
